How to make a delicious salad for your family (that includes all of the five food groups and is balanced).
- 1 apple chopping board
- 2 carrots knife
- 6 new potatoes grater
- A few grapes oven
- A lot of lettuce baking tray
- Pieces of chicken
1. Cut up the apple removing all the seeds and parts of the core.
2. Next, find a grater and grate your 2 carrots.
3. Using the apple and grated bits of carrot put them in a bowl.
4. Take your 6 potatoes and wash them then put them in a pan of water and boil them for 20 minutes.
5. When they are ready, take them out and add them to the bowl.
6. Get your grapes and take out the stalks before adding them to the bowl.
7. After, grab your lettuce and put quite a bit in the bowl underneath all of the other parts.
8. Then, place your croutons on top of the fruit, veg and lettuce.
9. Now you can cook your chicken for about 15 minutes.
10. When that is done, take it out and put it on the croutons.
11. Now you can enjoy a delicious meal.
